The Year 1 Launch: Chicago x Detroit
We are launching our inaugural cohort as an exchange between two historic hubs of innovation and activism: Chicago and Detroit.
This high-trust, small-cohort convening is intentionally designed to build relationships, surface shared challenges, and pilot collaborative pathways between these two powerhouse cities.

Chicago and Detroit face interconnected urban obstacles such as economic mobility and climate resilience that exist beyond geographic boundaries. Launching in these two hubs creates a proving ground where solutions developed in one city can be refined and scaled in the other to ensure progress moves faster than the problems.

Detroit is a global center for technical innovation while Chicago remains a historic hotbed for community organizing and systemic impact. Together they form the ideal environment for a cross city exchange that transforms high level dialogue into concrete action projects.
