Dr. Martell Bell is a speaker, engineer, AI researcher, and technology strategist who helps organizations understand emerging technologies, strengthen organizational systems, and prepare for the future of work. Drawing from experience in engineering, education, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence, he equips audiences with practical insights that make complex technologies accessible and actionable.
Dr. Bell has worked with school districts, nonprofits, community organizations, and small businesses, and his leadership has been recognized by the John Papajohn Entrepreneurial Center as Student Startup of the Year and through his induction into his high school's Alumni Hall of Fame. He has also published peer-reviewed research in artificial intelligence, engineering education, and innovation.
LEM CARTMAN, MHA
Lem Cartman is a speaker, strategist, and systems-level leader who helps organizations and communities strengthen collaboration, improve organizational effectiveness, and create lasting impact. Drawing from experience across healthcare, nonprofit leadership, public policy, and community development, he equips audiences with practical strategies they can apply immediately.
